Do I have to pay for or manage an integration?
No. Casandra is an app easily downloaded from your EHR app store. Casandra is a SMART on FHIR application and does not need a legacy HL7 integration implementation or management. There is no costly development work to be done by your IT department.
Do you have a free trial of your premium features?
Yes! When you create a new Casandra account, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 14-day trial of the Casandra Premium plan. No credit card or invoice setup required.

Which plans allow for unlimited users?
Unlimited users are available on the Plus and Premium plans.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, the change happens immediately, and you’ll only pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. If you choose to downgrade, it’ll take effect at the end of that billing cycle.
If you no longer wish to use Casandra, you may cancel at any time. You’ll still have access to your paid plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, you’ll receive a discount compared to monthly payments.
Yes! You can pay via invoice on the Plus or Premium plan.
What level of support do Plus and Premium plans get?
Plus and Premium plans get Premier Support, which provides faster, prioritized responses from our dedicated Premier Support team.
On top of Premier Support, the Premium plan gives you Designated Technical Support, an Onboarding Manager, an Account Manager, and a Solutions Engineer to help answer questions and work with your team in building advanced ordering rules.
